​Q: Are your investigations private and confidential?
A: Yes! We take confidentiality very seriously! We believe we have a moral and in many cases a legal obligation and responsibility to kept your case private and confidential. Every aspect of your case including all files, reports, communication, and contacts are kept private, confidential and secure. 

​Q: Are you guys licensed and backgrounded?

A: Yes, we are licensed by the State of California, Department of Consumer Affairs, Bureau of Security and Investigative Services. Our current license number is 187841. We also carried a previous license from 1986 - 1993; license number AA013327. We also have business licenses within the cities that we conduct business.

The State of California requires that all licensed private investigators in California pass a thorough criminal background check by both the Department of Justice, and the FBI.  

They also require that private investigators have at least 6,000 hours of compensated and specific experience in investigations; or a law or criminal justice degree and 4,000 hours of compensated and specific experience in investigations, and pass a very rigorous and comprehensive examination.  We far exceed these requirements!

Q: Do you have insurance?

A: Yes, we carry General Liability Insurance, Errors and Omissions Insurance, and Worker's Compensation Insurance, for your safety, comfort and peace of mind.

Q: What form of payments do you take?

A: We accept Cash, Personal or Business Checks, Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover.
